Foundation Philosophy

  • To give hope like the brightness of the sun and moon to those trapped in the darkness

Foundation Purpose

We fulfill the foundation philosophy by implementing the legal requirements of the Disability Welfare Law in proving rehabilitative and protective services in producing socially contributing rehabilitated persons with disabilities.

  • Oct. 12, 1987. The three bodies of blind, deaf, and physically disabled in Jeju recommended ‘Lee, Dong-Han’ as a consignment operator of “Jeju Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities”.
